Located in Boukari, East of Corfu.

This huge piece of land is on a hill full of greenery and olive trees. The view is one of a kind as it concludes the blue sea and green mountains around. It has a slope but its very easy to build either a villa or complex of villas (402 sq.m) or a hotel(4.600 sq.m)as the level of the ground is very gentle. Moreover, it has a well so it can be used as a water supply. Its almost quiet as there are some hotels around the area but such a natural area can provide peace and quiet.
